Bumantara Dance Performance at The Opening Ceremony at Panbil Hotel

On February 24th, 2023. The Bumantara dance team was invited to perform at the opening ceremony at the Panbil Hotel. The Bumantara dance team was invited to a waste management seminar organized by PT. Free The Sea. This event was held to invite us to sort waste in the sea and recycle waste that can be recycled

.

The Bumantara dance team filled the opening ceremony with the Wonderland Indonesia 2 dance. Apart from the Bumantara dance team, there was also a team from the trash group who took part in the Free The Sea event, opening a stand for handicrafts from used goods. The event was chaired and represented by Mr. Darmawan and Mr. Rudian, along with the secretary Mrs. Toyibah and the treasurer Mrs. Rosnida.

The Bumantara dance team is chaired by Angelita Salsabillah Marleno XII MIPA 2, represented by Verencia Elvi Pratama XI IPS 2, and the members of SMA MAITREYAWIRA students, namely:

This is our brief introduction to the Bumantara dance team and its enthusiastic members.

The event started at 09.00 WIB, the Bumantara dance team had to speed up their departure and make preparations at the performance location, namely Harris Hotel, Panbil. After preparing to perform, the Bumantara dance team was invited to sit and wait to perform for the opening ceremony. At 9:30 AM the Bumantara dance team was invited to go up to the stage to perform. Then the event started after it was opened by the Bumantara dance team.

At the event, PT. Free The Sea attended several important people to fill the event, one of which was the Governor of Germany.

The event lasted until noon, at lunchtime. We were invited to dine, and after that our accompanying teacher (Pak Wasis) informed us that after lunchtime, we had to return to school to carry out activities again after almost a day's permission.

This is us!

   SMA Maitreyawira Batam merupakan salah satu sekolah yang memiliki 3 jurusan. Mungkin yang sering kita temui dan populer di mata orang-orang kalau gak IPA ya IPS. Sebenarnya jurusan pada SMA masih ada 1 jurusan yang jarang diketahui banyak orang yaitu IBB. MENGENAL BUDAYA, MEWARISKAN KEARIFAN LOKAL GENERASI BERIKUTNYA

Ditulis oleh XI IBB SMA Maitreyawira #MengenalBudayaBersamaXIIBB Hari ini, tanggal 9 Mei 2023 menjadi hari yang cukup spesial bagi kami kelas XI IBB Maitreyawira Batam. Sebab, hari ini menjadi pengalaman pertama kali dalam kegiatan study tour setelah kurang lebih mau setahun kami melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. Kami beranggotakan 19 peserta didik dengan pendamping 2 (dua) guru yang akan membimbing pelaksanaan kegiatan. Setelah melakukan banyak perencanaan dan pembagian tugas di kelas, hari ini pun tiba kami berkunjung ke destinasi wisata sejarah dan budaya yakni Masjid Muhammad Cheng Ho dan Miniatur Rumah Adat di Batam lebih tepatmya di Kecamatan Bengkong. Sembari berkunjung ria dan menambah wawasan, kami juga melakukan suatu hal yang belum pernah mereka lakukan sebelumnya; seperti merekam teman-teman yang sedang melakukan pemaparan materi, mewawancarai orang asing secara langsung, dan masih banyak lagi.
