Bumantara Dance Performance at The Opening Ceremony at Panbil Hotel

On February 24th, 2023. The Bumantara dance team was invited to perform at the opening ceremony at the Panbil Hotel. The Bumantara dance team was invited to a waste management seminar organized by PT. Free The Sea. This event was held to invite us to sort waste in the sea and recycle waste that can be recycled

.

The Bumantara dance team filled the opening ceremony with the Wonderland Indonesia 2 dance. Apart from the Bumantara dance team, there was also a team from the trash group who took part in the Free The Sea event, opening a stand for handicrafts from used goods. The event was chaired and represented by Mr. Darmawan and Mr. Rudian, along with the secretary Mrs. Toyibah and the treasurer Mrs. Rosnida.

The Bumantara dance team is chaired by Angelita Salsabillah Marleno XII MIPA 2, represented by Verencia Elvi Pratama XI IPS 2, and the members of SMA MAITREYAWIRA students, namely:

This is our brief introduction to the Bumantara dance team and its enthusiastic members.

The event started at 09.00 WIB, the Bumantara dance team had to speed up their departure and make preparations at the performance location, namely Harris Hotel, Panbil. After preparing to perform, the Bumantara dance team was invited to sit and wait to perform for the opening ceremony. At 9:30 AM the Bumantara dance team was invited to go up to the stage to perform. Then the event started after it was opened by the Bumantara dance team.

At the event, PT. Free The Sea attended several important people to fill the event, one of which was the Governor of Germany.

The event lasted until noon, at lunchtime. We were invited to dine, and after that our accompanying teacher (Pak Wasis) informed us that after lunchtime, we had to return to school to carry out activities again after almost a day's permission.

   SMA Maitreyawira Batam merupakan salah satu sekolah yang memiliki 3 jurusan. Mungkin yang sering kita temui dan populer di mata orang-orang kalau gak IPA ya IPS. Camella Markenzie

By Chelsea Olivia Johan Camella Markenzie kisah yang bercerita murid baru yang mengubah segalanya     Nama gue Camella Markenzie, gue tinggal di suatu desa Cinaya. Hari ini gue pergi merantau untuk melanjuti jenjang pendidikan SMA. Di sekolah ternama, yaitu Garuda. Gue diterima disana melalui jalur beasiswa dari sekolah karena kepintaran gue dan juga ekonomi gue bisa di bilang kurang mampu. Gue mulai berkemas barang-barang yang akan gue bawa nanti, setelah selesai dan memastikan bahwa tidak ada barang yang tertinggal, gue pun segera berpamitan dengan keluarga serta warga di Cinaya.   “Hati-hati ya nak, jika sudah sampai jangan lupa kabarin kami dan belajar yang baik ya, nak” kata ibu camella, sambil memeluk erat anaknya. Maitreyawira English Debating Championship (MEDC) 2023

What appears in mind when someone mentions the name MEDC? For most, the Maitreyawira English Debating Championship dominates minds, reminding them of the thrilling memories of ever contributing to it. MEDC is an English debating tournament established in 2017 by the debating club of Maitreyawira Batam High School, namely MAULERS (Maitreyawira Ultimate Debaters).
